The questions worth asking.
Before you choose a partner, get clear on what you receive and what stays with you.
Is AIVA a lead-generation company?
No. We provide a managed customer-acquisition capability, not a list for you to work. The deliverable is qualified sales meetings, with context for your team.
Does AIVA replace our sales team?
No. We handle the work that gets you to the meeting. You own the sales conversation, proposals, relationships, and closing.
What arrives with a booked meeting?
An intelligence brief: who they are, why they meet the agreed qualification standards, and what to expect from the conversation.
Do you guarantee meetings?
We do not promise a fixed result before understanding your market. We commit to the agreed daily outreach activity, weekly tuning, and full visibility into the work and outcomes. Appointment targets, qualification standards, and any contractual commitments are agreed before launch.
How soon can meetings begin?
Timing depends on your market and the scope of the engagement. We agree on the launch plan and expected timing before work begins, then review progress together.
What makes a meeting qualified?
We agree on the standards before launch: the organization fits your target market, the participant is relevant to the buying conversation, and there is a clear reason to meet. You receive that context in the meeting brief.
How does the engine work?
The infrastructure behind this process is proprietary. The standards, visibility, and commercial outcome are not. Start a conversation and we can discuss the fit and deliverables.
Is this right for a small business?
Yes. An owner-led business can be a good fit when it has a clear business-to-business offer and someone ready to take and close the meetings. Headcount alone does not decide fit; your market, sales model, and ability to deliver matter more.
Are these the only industries you work with?
No. The listed markets are examples to help you explore the fit. We assess your offer, buyers, sales model, and engagement scope. If your industry is not listed, tell us what you sell and who buys it.
Do we need a full sales team?
No. You need someone who can take the meetings, handle proposals, and close the work. That may be an owner, a business-development lead, or an established sales team.
Can we start with one territory?
Yes. We can begin with one agreed market or territory. Any exclusivity and plans for expansion are established in your engagement agreement.
What happens after we apply?
Austin or Michael reviews your application. If there is a fit, we discuss your market, goals, and qualification standards before proposing an engagement. There is no obligation to proceed.
